Q. Do I need a referral to see a dentist?
A. No, you don’t need a referral to see our dentist! Simply call us, and we’ll book you in as soon as possible. If you’re a new patient, we look forward to welcoming you.
Q. Do you take dental emergencies?
A. Yes we do! We know that dental emergencies can cause anxiety, so we will always try to accommodate a same-day appointment. If you have a dental emergency after hours, we recommend visiting your nearest hospital emergency room for immediate treatment.
Q. Do you direct bill?
A. If you have insurance coverage through work or a private insurance plan, bring in your insurance details, and we will try to direct bill for your treatment. We work with most of the major insurance providers, but it is best to check with your provider prior to your appointment about the type of coverage you have. Most plans include deductibles and maximum benefit limits, so it’s best to understand any restrictions ahead of time so you’ll know what your out-of-pocket expenses will be. If you need help navigating your insurance, call us, and we’ll do what we can to help.

Q. Can I get a quote for treatment?
A. If we discover any dental issues, we’ll discuss your options and set up a plan for treatment. We always provide a quote on the cost of treatment so you are aware of the costs before you commit. If you are in need of financing to help with these costs, you can apply for financing online.
Q. Do you offer children’s dental treatment?
A. We are a full-service dental practice catering to all the members of your family, including your kids. Our friendly staff enjoy welcoming your children into our clinic, and our goal is always to make them feel happy and safe and provide a positive experience.
Q. I get anxious when visiting the dentist. What can I do?

Q. Is there free parking in the area?
A. There is free parking on the street for 3 hours. There is paid parking in the parking lot to the right of our building. Bring your ticket in to your appointment, and we will reimburse you for parking.
